Hey, you remember the www.shizm.com website from the last golden era of House music? You know, late 90's and into 2001/02? I do. I also miss some of those mixes hosted on that site--and one in particular--Jask's "Spritual Waters Run Deep". Man this mix, and the music that was available for download on that site just defined the era for me. So many happy days and nights living pretty care free--'99 through winter of '01. Anyways, happy to reminisce and I would like to share some of these mixes I still have saved with anyone. Please shoot me a reply-I would very much like to add to my collection as well. I wish Brian would reconsider uploading some of these old mixes back up....

I worshipped that website back in the day. Couldn't wait for Brian and Ivan's mixes each month. I had ALL of them saved on my backup hard drive and it bit the dust back in November. I have it in the shop and hope to be able to retrieve some of the mixes. But if not, how many of them do you have saved? I have about 5 of them on CD. I'd do pretty much anything to get the rest of them. Email if you've got some good news.

The still working mix on that website sounds very nice. I also listened to my first mix in 99, it was an asf file, since mp3s were far to big for dad's v.90 modem! I still have this mix, it's a Tom Novy (you might yuck, but behold) mix with some surprisingly nice tracks (Nick Holder and Primary Colours with "Say that you love me", still one of my favourite and important tracks ever.). I uploaded it to my NetMD Player and listened to it while toasting on the streets of my area...

Hi all, I have a few mixes saved from the old shizm site as MP3s. I would like to swap if possible? I'm especially looking for Jask's "Spiritual Waters Run Deep" a LOT of great early Naked Music artists/tracks as well as "Garage Effects II", "Sincerely", "Breeze" and anything from Pirkka! I'll basically swap for anything that was listed on that site at any point while it was up and running. Can't stress how influential this site was...
